As part of its ongoing growth plans they are seeking high calibre sales managers from a financial planning or intermediary background to provide support for their adviser salesforce.
The role will predominately focus on sales performance, assisting the firm’s advisers in maximising income streams, demonstrating how client bases can be grown through referrals, marketing campaigns and the use of professional connections as introducers. Allied to this will be responsibility for the motivation of team members whilst ensuring that all advice is undertaken to the highest quality compliance standard.
To be considered applicants will need to be well-qualified and have excellent technical knowledge. The Diploma is the minimum requirement accepted although the practice is particularly keen to recruit those close to or at Chartered status. It is also a pre-requisite that candidates can demonstrate a first-class record as a sales manager alongside having proven experience in developing introducer links with accountants and solicitors.
