Our approach:

We aren’t targeted on CV send outs, or interviews. Our CV submission to interview ratio is 70%. If we don’t have anyone for you we will say. If we have people but we don’t think they are right, we will say. If we think you need to change your approach, well, you get the picture.

It’s also important to say we are selective about who we work with (both client and candidate side). We want to work with people that we like and trust and who like and trust us. We seek buy in from those we work with because that’s what leads to the best results.
