Development Building Surveyor (Latent Defects) (DC1055)

Our client is currently seeking a Development Building Surveyor based around Birmingham (South Midlands, covering the M5 Corridor).
 
You will ideally be in the early stages of your surveying career or recently graduated and looking to build a strong foundation in structural defects and building pathology.
 
The role covers a varied portfolio of structural and latent defect cases across commercial, residential, and multi‑unit properties and offers a supportive environment, hands‑on training, and the flexibility of a home‑based position with regional travel.
 
Skills / Qualifications

• Degree-level qualification (or working towards one) in surveying, construction, or engineering. We warmly welcome those pursuing or intending to pursue chartership (e.g., MCIOB, MRICS, MICE).
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Excellent customer service, organizational & communication skills
