At this business you'll be one of three planners who work together to provide first class financial planning.
That means no targets. No validation. No ego.
It means being able to spend time with your clients (a busy day is 2 client review meetings).

The starting salary is c£65,000 but there's some flexibility here to get the right person. There's also an annual bonus based on company profitability. That's likely to be 10-15% of salary.
As for an advocate, how about the exiting planner? They're moving on to do something completely different but after 8 years it was a very tough decision. And they'd be happy to tell you more as well.
