You'll be part of a team of 12 that helps financial planners be the best they can be. Firstly by listening to their feedback on processes and systems. Secondly by improving those processes and systems (such as suitability letter templates and advice guidance templates). And finally, by implementing regulatory change in a way that everyone understands.

HERE'S WHAT YOU'LL NEED:
You will need to be level 4 qualified and have decent technical knowledge around pensions, IHT planning and investments.
You'll spend a lot of time building relationships with financial planners. You'll be confident in dealing with them, how you take feedback and how you push back.
There's a variety of people on the team including ex-paraplanners, ex-planners and ex-helpdesk professionals. It's likely you'll have a similar background.
