Senior Building Surveyor / Project Manager (Perils)

Our client is looking for a Senior Building Surveyor / Perils Project Manager to work from home and handle a portfolio of Perils (fire, flood, storm etc) claims on a project managed basis for properties (listed buildings, stately homes etc), acting throughout Hampshire / South Coast as required.
 
You will ideally have a minimum of 2 years prior Project Managed Loss Adjusting experience. You must be able to demonstrate leadership / managerial skills, be known in the market for your work and perhaps be in a position to bring connections on the back of this, although this is not essential.
 
You will typically be a team player; be energetic, determined, professional and take a great pride in your work. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to further enhance his or her already strong reputation in the project managed perils field.
