It still proudly provides first class financial advice (Trustpilot will tell you that). But it has a clear mission - to give great financial planning advice whether someone has £20,000 or £250,000.

That means tackling pension poverty. It means giving much needed peace of mind to the tens of thousands of people who feel excluded from financial planning. And it means tackling the advice gap.

Want to be part of something special? 

You'll head up and grow the firm's paraplanning team. It's a busy position with the advice team converting over 80% of all enquiries into business. You and your paraplanner will be the department that liaises with the adviser and pension admin team to create the advice. This advice and suitability reports will then go back to the financial planner to present it. 

Along the way you'll get training. A lot of it. The firm are big believers in it and they run three sessions per week for the existing team.

You'll not only get to become the paraplanner and leader you know you can be. You will also do it in a business that is growing and growing. And as it grows so will you.

That said it has had plenty of success already. AUM has risen to £70m in the past 16 months and it will soon be a £100m AUM business. And this success has led to major investment in its infrastructure (people and technology). It has a head of client journey, success managers and so on meaning that your time will be spent doing the work you want to do. 

Salary is to £50,000 and they've just designed a company bonus. This means pooling profits above a projection which are then shared back with the team. 

But that's not all. Something that is different and genuinely exciting is the wealth creation scheme they're putting in place. That means equity/a stake in the business. How often do you find opportunities like that? 


  
HERE'S WHAT YOU'LL NEED:

You'll have 2 years+ experience as a paraplanner and great pensions knowledge. 

You'll learn on the job and have expectations placed on you quickly so need to be OK with that.

You'll be motivated by working for a firm with a mission.  It is an energetic, vibrant outfit and that will be important to you too.

You will want to and enjoy working in an office environment. The offices are fantastic and you'll know that working with your team will aid your development like nothing else.
