At this business that's exactly what you'll be.
The timing is perfect. There's a big opportunity given the abolition of the Lifetime Allowance and advisers are crying out for support. And with your help, you'll be giving them and by extension their clients exactly what they need.
You'll be working with the business development team, supporting/educating planners. Not that you'll have a sales target - you're there to provide the technical expertise through visits, webinars and presentations. But you'll work as a team. You're there to help planners come up with the strategies that will provide peace of mind to their clients. And given the power of the brand, you'll have plenty of firms to see.
And peace of mind for planners too. It's a challenging area and there are a range of available tax wrappers. But it's your expertise that will help them to know which ones are right and what's more, how to explain them to clients.
The financial rewards are very good too. It's a six-figure package with generous salary, generous bonus and car allowance, disclosable when you speak to us. There's a non-con 10% pension, PMI and Income Protection, amongst other things.
And you'll work from home visiting firms across Northern England. On average you'll be out and about three days per week.
As for the firm they're a renowned wealth management company with a broad proposition suite.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED:
You'll have strong pensions/retirement planning knowledge and at least level 4 qualified. Knowledge of IHT/CGT and tax wrappers is ideal too.
This isn't a sales position so you don't need prior sales/relationship management experience. But you will be spending a lot of time in front of planners, so you'll be happy doing that.
You'll also be a good educator, someone who can break down complex information.
