Our client is a leading insurance organisation seeking to bolster their team with the addition of a complaints manager to deal with a low-volume caseload of complex, contentious and techincal complaints, predominently relating to commercial property claims. Issues can involve policy interpretation and therefore someone from a claims or underwriting background would be ideal to make appropriate decisions. This is a high profile role which will involve significant levels of interaction with a specific client as well as other areas of the business to examine complaints and drive improvement. The ideal candidate will be working in the complaints department of an insurance organisation, ideally with experience of property claims / underwriting and have a relevant qualification i.e. Dip CII / Dip CILA. This is a great opportunity to join a leading company in a challenging, key role.
