A tremendous opportunity has arisen for an ambitious underwriter who has an understanding of professional indemnity insurance and D & O to join a Multi National Insurance company. The role will be to work within a specialised team in Manchester working on prestigious PI / D&O accounts in an exciting and fast paced environment.

Ideally you will have a minimum of 5 years experience of an Insurance Underwriting background or Broking background in PI/D&O and be looking to take your career to the next level. You will be professional, personable, confident and work well in a team. The emphasis is on delivering a quality service to key brokers throughout the UK.

Applications will also be considered by candidates with a Commercial Underwriting background that have subsequently worked on PI/D&O in a broking capacity. Business development skills will also be an advantage as will progress towards DIPCii or ACii. This will be on an initial 12 month contract with a view to be made permanent.

Candidates will not be considered without the relevant experience as noted above.
