Each broker that is part of the group are established and have provided value to local customers and given a first class service. My client combines resources with their brokers to ensure they provide their clients with market leading products and terms.Thus allowing their brokers to continue to provide a local and independent service. Resources provided include Insurer and Supplier Relationships, IT Partnerships, FSA and Regulatory support, product development, cost sharing, strategic support and business development.
The group have proved extremely successful and as a result of further growth they now have a vacancy for a Business Development / Relationship Manager to service Birmingham and the Midlands.
The role will see the successful candidate develop new links with brokers that are not part of the group as well as look after and manage the key relationships with brokers within the group. In addition you will maintain strong relationships with Insurer and supplier relationships.
It is a key role that will see you play a pivotal part in the growth of the group.
You will need a proven Sales / Development track record from a broking company or Insurer and enjoy building business relationships. You will need good market knowledge and have your finger on the pulse within the ever evolving broker marketplace. You will enjoy dealing with people at all levels and enjoy the responsibility of servicing your existing clients to maintain mutual growth targets and plans. You will also need to possess a pro-active and professional approach and enjoy the challenge of recruiting new brokers to the group via networking, firm leads and direct approach.
