Our client is a highly professional, fee-based Chartered Financial Planning practice offering a high degree of service to their HNW/UHNW client bank. Key to their growth is their understanding that it is not only their fee earners that drive business, but also the technical support structure that underpins them. They are now in a position where they require a highly technical paraplanner to join their team to provide the necessary back up to the firm's consultants.

This role however is far in advance of most paraplanning roles. Report writing, the production of suitability reports and product research are standard functions of the position but it is the opportunity to become extremely client facing, providing technical support at the next level that should most intrigue applicants. The company require individuals with a clear understanding of asset allocation, platforms and current legislation across all areas of investments, pensions, protection and estate planning.

Given the status of the role candidates must have the Diploma as an absolute minimum but should be progressing to Chartered / Certified status in the near future. A strong analytical background and attainment of a mathematics A level or degree is also required. Alongside this should be a working knowledge of the most complex private client and corporate planning requirements with a flair for creative and flexible solutions.
