It's a successful, long running financial planning business. As the firm's Compliance Officer you'll oversee regulatory returns. You'll work with their network on audits and review the cases put through by the advice team. This team has a nice blend of experienced and up and coming planners/paraplanners so it will be a fun team to work with.
Alongside your compliance work there's also the opportunity to be on the firm's Investment Committee.
It's a firm with a flat structure and no hierarchy. It's very open and willing to listen/change. There's a decent salary (up to c£50,000) and plenty of scope for professional development. So if you're seeking more control and a say in future direction it's worth finding out more.
HERE'S WHAT YOU'LL NEED:
You'll be level 4 qualified and have prior compliance experience within financial planning. You'll have or be happy with holding SMF16 status.
